Marco Guadagnuolo Partner
Marco has a degree in Economics from the Turin University and also graduated from the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
He began his career in 1997 at Dasein in HR, training and development for the public sector. In 1998, he joined Ernst&Young Consultants (now Capgemini), where he spent 7 years progressing through various HR positions. In 2005, he passed to the financial sector as HR Manager at GE Capital Solution Equipment Financing.
He then entered the pharmaceutical sector at Novartis, where from 2008 to 2017 he progressed to become Head of Talent Management & Organisational Development Oncology for Region Europe.
He has been a Partner at Eurosearch since May 2017.
